Dr. Said El deib is a Pediatrician and Neonatologist whose experience in the field spans 15 years, backed by a higher education degree from royal college of pediatrics and child health in UK. As well as master degree in pediatrics Ain Shams University in Egypt, one of the oldest and top ranking universities in the MENA region. He is known for his astute skills in evaluation and strong passion for improving healthcare and wellbeing. He is pioneering an open and contextual evaluation model based on constructive responses, which has led in the creation of new methods to improve pediatric healthcare, neonatology and pediatric nutrition. Dr. Said has established this model following his years of experiences in medical practice, research and evaluation, and teaching and administration in hospitals and medical universities in the region, including Egypt, Kuwait and the UAE. Dr. Said has published several studies in reputable international journals in neonatology and pediatric nutrition. He has also presented his findings in prestigious international conferences and symposia.

Victoria Rosalyn Gorman is a Ghanaian currently an Erasmus Mundus masters student studying Food Science, Technology and Business at KU Leuven, Belgium (2018- 2020). She has worked in food companies and research laboratories and is a food safety advocate. She is committed to reducing infant malnutrition globally.

Dr. Sufwan Alomar is a consultant neonatology at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), Doha, Qatar. He is associated director of neonatal perinatal fellowship program, the leader of NICU data registry (a member of VON), leader of respiratory committee, and he is faculty paediatrics (ACGMEI accredited) at HMC

He has especial interest in mechanical ventilation and non-invasive respiratory support and ELBW infants he was awarded in 2015 by Stars of excellence program in HMC for his work of Golden Hour delivery room management and Tiny Baby Unit. Other research interest is PPHN, functional echocardiography, Air leak syndrome, neonatal jaundice, in addition to his interest in evidenced based medicine and quality improvement projects.

DR. JAVED RASHEED was born on 11th May 1957, at Tiruchirapalli in Tamil Nadu. Following his schooling from Campion and PUC from Jamal Mohammed College, both at Tiruchirapalli, Dr Javed moved to Chennai to pursue his medical studies from the Madras Medical College. He then went on to do his Post Graduation in Paediatrics at Dublin and Glasgow. Dr. Javed Rasheed is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in Paediatrics.

Dr.Javed Rasheed helps in the management of Educational Minority Institutions, along with his wife Mrs. Azra Javed, some of these are more than 127 years old. These include a 57 year old Medical College. He is also the Governing Body Member of the Dr. Abdul Haq Unani Educational Academy, Osmania Group of Institutions founded in 1947; Osmania College (Autonomous) www.osmaniacollegekurnool.com and the President, Anjuman-e-Islamia, founded in 1880, which has 5 Educational Institutions under its wings in Kurnool.

Dr Kanav Anand is a Consultant Pediatric Nephrologist in the Division of Pediatric Nephrology and Renal Transplantation, Institute of Child Health, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, India. He is an executive member of Indian Society of Pediatric Nephrology. He is also the national convener for Nephrology in a Nutshell program run under the aegis of Indian Academy of Pediatrics. Dr Anand has authored a number of chapters in books on pediatrics and pediatric nephrology. He has conducted a number of workshops and delivered lectures both nationally and internationally.

He has special interest in interventional pediatric nephrology and bedwetting.

Dr. Catherine Christie is Associate Dean and Professor in the Brooks College of Health, University of North Florida. She is co-author of four books including The Latino Food Lover’s Glossary, Fat is Not Your Fate, Eat to Stay Young and I’d Kill for a Cookie and serves as Editor of the Manual of Medical Nutrition Therapy. Dr. Christie earned her Masters and Ph.D. from Florida State University and has authored 24 peer reviewed journal articles. Her research focuses on overweight and obesity prevention and treatment, nutrition in chronic disease prevention and treatment, and inter-professional collaboration in education and health care.

Laura Rodriguez received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2013 from the University of Texas at El Paso. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor and the director for the Traditional Nursing Undergraduate Program at the University of Texas at El Paso School of Nursing. She is the Course Coordinator the Senior Nursing Practicum. Her expertise is in Pediatric health. She has presented at local and state conferences on health related topics as well as academic topics. Presentations range from Childhood Obesity Interventions to the Use of Guided Reflection for Nursing Students.

Theresa Loomis received her Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She has 14 years of experience in neonatal and pediatric nutrition. Her research focuses on on the impact of an RD in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), the impact of standardized feeding guidelines for low birth weight infants, the use of post-discharge formulas in low birth weight (LBW) infants, and the adequacy of vitamin D intake in LBW infants. Currently Theresa is an Assistant Professor at SUNY Oneonta and is the Director of the Masters Program and Dietetics Internship.

Nutrition care of the high-risk infant, Her doctoral work looked at the impact of standardized feeding guidelines for low birth weight infants on enteral nutrition administration, growth, and bone and liver health.

Dr. Joycelyn Peterson completed Nutrition and Dietetics degrees at Loma Linda University (M.P.H., and Dr.PH.), and Johns Hopkins University (post-master’s studies in international nutrition). She is professor and chair of Nutrition and Dietetics Department at Oakwood University, Alabama, USA. She recently published her dissertation in the Annuals of Nutrition Metabolism 8/2011, and is a contributing writer for newspapers and health magazines and has also published two vegetarian cookbooks. Her professional experience includes vegetarian nutrition consultant, public health speaker, and program planner for international and state-wide public health nutrition initiatives, conducting research at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Teresa Johnson completed her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University in 2010. She is a professor at Troy University and has worked in pediatric populations as a registered dietitian/nutritionist for more than 25 years.
